2026/07/01Notice Regarding Revised Shipping Rates for the U.S. and Discontinuation of "1kg Delivery" (All Regions) and "500g Delivery" (Paper Products)
Thank you for your continued patronage of Woodlike Matsumura.
Due to the increased complexity of delivery arrangements resulting from recent changes in circumstances, and the resulting impact on the systems of the delivery companies we work with, it has become difficult to maintain our current service. We have been affected by operational changes implemented by our shipping carriers, making it difficult to maintain our current service levels. Consequently, we will be revising our rates as follows, effective July 6, 2026 (Japan Standard Time).

Thank you for using our shop. We will be closed during the following period.

December 28, 2025～January 5, 2026

The store will be open until December 27, 2025.
We will start work on Monday, January 6, 2026.
*While we are closed, we will not be able to respond to inquiries by phone, fax, or email.
*Orders during the winter holidays will only be accepted through the online shop, but shipping will take approximately one week from the opening day of business. Please be aware of this before placing your order.
