・Our online shop has limits on purchases: orders must not exceed a total value of $6,000 or a total weight of 60 kg. If you wish to purchase items exceeding these limits, please contact us directly at zen@woodlike.co.jp.

・Please note that if you order paper products together with other items, they will be shipped in separate packages.

・ When ordering paper products and other items, all items may be packed together in a single package. Any excess shipping costs incurred in that process will be refunded.
