Shipping

Currently, due to the deteriorating situation in Russia, Japanese delivery companies have stopped shipping to Russia. For this reason, we have stopped shipping to Russia from our online shop. Additionally, due to the worsening situation, shipping to Israel may be delayed. Please understand in advance.

・We use both Japan Post and Yamato Transport for overseas shipments, which are traceable*1 and fully guaranteed.

・Shipping takes about 1 week to 10 days using the fastest shipping method. Please understand in advance.

・If your package is lost, we will reship the same item.

・The price and delivery time will vary depending on the shipping method, so please choose the one that suits your purpose. You can choose special rates in all countries. However, please be aware that there are a limited number of countries that can be selected for air and surface mail, so please be aware of this before placing your order.

・Paper and Kento Board (External Registration Board) will be shipped in different packaging from other products.If all the items you ordered fit into one box, we will issue you the excess shipping fee as a coupon, which you can use on your next order. However, please note that the coupon is valid for one year and can only be used for one order.

・Special shipping is not available for Paper and Kento Board (External Registration Board). Please understand this before applying.

Tariffs and Taxes

・All our products do not include customs duties or similar taxes.

・Customs duties cannot be paid in advance through our online shop.

-Customers must pay customs duties and similar taxes when they receive our products from the delivery person. For more information, please contact your country's customs office or local government. We do not accept inquiries regarding detailed customs duties, etc.

Return

・If the product is shipped from our company and is unopened, unused, or in the same condition as sent from us, if the product arrives damaged or soiled, please contact our email address zen@woodlike.co.jp . After checking the condition of the item, we will take measures such as reshipping the item, so please return the item to us. We will be responsible for the shipping costs for returning the item and for shipping a new item, so please inform the delivery company that they will send the item to our address via cash on delivery. The above measures will be taken after confirming the condition of the item, so please be sure to return any damaged or soiled item.
